I need to help my mother get compensation.
she's 75 and has had central heating for the past 50 years..being a council tennant..All they've done is brushed her needs under the carpet..she's always suffered from depression and has been a alcoholic.we need to get her come sort of compensation fir all the mkney she's spent on electricity and ill health due to lack of heating in ger house..which the council should provide her with..can anyone point me in the right direction..thanks
