Filling In a N180

Hi. I'm filing in my first N180 for the company I work for. I'm confused . I've ticked 'yes' for mediation so do I have to fill in section D about a hearing ? Thanks in advance for your help

The form clearly states:
You must complete the remainder of the form regardless of your answer to A1
