  • Premier Park Ltd County Court Business Centre Letters

Any advise please? I have received a Claim Form dated 17th Dec 2020.
    Particulars of Claim:
The claim is for the sum of £108.68 being contractual charge due from defendant in respect of a PCN for contractual breach which occurred on 10/10/2019 in the private car park / land at Planet Ice Milton Keynes - Car Park
1-1 South Row Elder Gate Milton Keynes Mk9 in relation to a (my car and registration)
The PCN was issued as the Defendant failed to comply with the terms and conditions, as displayed.
Despite demands, the charge remains unpaid.
The claim also includes Statutory Interest pursuant to section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at a rate of 8% per annum (a daily rate of £0.02) from
10/10/2019 to 16/12/2020 being an amount of £8.68.
The Claimant also claims £60 recovery costs as set out in the Terms and Conditions and in the ATA AoS Code of Practice.

My initial response back to Premier Park was a draft letter stating I didn’t recognise their authority in this matter.

    Then ignored the letters since.

obviously I don’t want a CCJ and quite worried I will have to pay these sharks.

I received the Ticket as I couldn’t extend the time as I was running late on the underground.

Any advise would be really helpful

    Thanks
