How to fight overdraft debt which racked up unfairly

I owe Ł6123 in overdraft to one of the high street banks but i believe there are many unfair transactions in the setting up and operation of the overdraft which i would like to challenge. Where do i start?

First step ask the bank to justify the charges. Itemize what you consider are unfair transactions. I generally find it helpful to try to work with people and their organisation.
