  • Responding to an N244

I’ve received an N244 from a defendant after I sent the court order to the bailiff. He claims he didn’t know about the decision and claims I served him at his Scottish address and not his English one. This is untrue. He attended the tribunal case and lost his appeal. He didn’t fill in the N244 form entirely and did not attach any statements or proof. I’m wondering what I need to do next in order to stop the defendants stay of execution.

    Hello

You post isn't exactly clear. You mention an N244 form but then go on to refer to a tribunal case, but N244 forms are intended for courts, not tribunals.

A little better explanation would help before we can assist.
