I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and initially looked to defend a CCJ, and mediation as documents requested to satisfy the debt were not forthcoming. However, a court hearing date has been set and for the sake of my welfare and mental health, I want to look to come to some arrangement with the creditor, and avoid court action. Is it too late for me to ask the creditors to consider this ? Would they agree a payment or payment plan to stop any further action ? TM Legal are the creditors. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you in anticipation.
