Paying ticket

I have received a Letter cp for parking in wasall phoned their number l cannot get through to anyone. I need help to pay by installments.

And don't talk to them.

Post up the letter suitably redacted but leave dates. Use a hosting site such as imgur and provide links on here.

And get a used ID so that you can respond.
