  • Voluntary termination of PCP agreement returns letter

    Hello there!
I was hoping someone could help me in regards to a returns letter I have received from my finance company as I have voluntary terminated my car PCP agreement with them. There are sections of the letter I have to fill in with MOT/tax details, collection or return of the vehicle and a signature at the bottom with a statement saying I will remain liable for repairs and costs. Do I need to complete this letter or can I phone and discuss details of collecting the vehicle? Also would I need to pay the £150 collection fee they are stating in letter? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and apologies for the long post!

Don't sign and agree to extra costs. It sounds as though you have already terminated and therefore no need to sign.
