  • Dcbl notice of debt recovery for parking fine

I have received a letter stating I owe £170 for unpaid parking fines. I was at the motorway service station at the time stated, so I am not disputing that.
However, this is the first I have heard of this fine from nearly two years ago (March 2019).
There has been no previous communication and my car has been registered at the same address.
    Any advice greatly appreciated.

Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, "the driver was ...." etc.

Letter to DCBL stating that this is the first you have heard about this alleged debt, which you refute any liability, and return it to their pricipal.

SAR to the parking company requesting all the documents they have about you and your car.
