    Hi

Please advise if this warrant is out of date. I have been searching for the original creditor but came across something that said this type of warrant expires in a year. Is it still enforceable by the collection agent? Still have no idea who the money is owed to
Thanks for any help with this

Are you sure it isn't for a Court Fine?

The word 'judgment' is not spelt correctly, so what is the provenance of the document?
Suggest you post up the full document, redacted.

You will need to contact HMCTS to find out more. Or do you know who the Enforcement Co are.

Is the letter addressed to you? It could be for an Historic fine from years ago for something that may have slipped your mind or they could have you confused with someone else. Whichever it does need sorting ASAP. The Warrant they have confers the power to force entry if necessary - though this is rarely used without authorisation. If it is for something you were not aware of then you do have 21 days in which to make a Statutory Declaration - this runs from when you first became aware - which would have been on receipt of their notice.

Marstons are not known for being cooperative but you may have to ring them to find out which Court then take it from there.
