Hi I am due to have a hearing in January regarding a few parking charges from 2019. Can anyone advice on how I can win this case

Thank you and sorry for my delay. I have attached a copy of the claim form below with the particulars of claim. So what has happened is my husband used our car for work and on the occasions on the claim form he parked in an area he was not meant to, which resulted in 4 pcn through the post. Just to note the first PCN didn’t actually arrive until after he had parked all four times. We took what we thought was right advice from people to ignore the letters from “parking control management” and “Gladstone solicitors” but now are in this position.
