Redemption figure for Egg Banking Charge against property

Hi there,

I am in the process of selling my house. There are 2 charges against the property in my ex-partners name. One is to BMW finance and the other to Egg banking. Obviously my solicitors need redemption figures so that these charges can be paid off on completion.
However, Egg Banking no longer exist and nor do Bryan Carter Solicitors. How can I find out who now owns this debt and how to get it paid off?
