Hello everyone!
I’m new to the forum.
The reason I’ve registered for the forum is I am having issues with the the car finance company.
In my case I’m dealing with the BMW Financial services.
I VTed my vehicle in June this year and as you can all guess I was presented with the extra mileage, damage and unpaid arrears bill of £2,700 in total.
It’s worth mentioning that I had paid more than 60% of the initial loan under my PCP agreement.
I have disputed it and now have got a Financial Ombudsman involved in my case.
I hope I can get some useful information on this forum to fight that back.
