Hi, could someone answer a question for me which is, How can Atos overturn a decision that the government department CICA took seven years to conclude my situation, which was disabled indefinitely. And then Atos come to the conclusion that I was fit for work after a thirty minute interview, To sum things up I was shot in the back of my kneecap from close range while working and have had untold treatment physically and mentally, And dependent on my crutches for mobility. It is a sad time for many disabled people at the hands of Atos .

If this is for PIP then the Atossers are like that. You will need to go to mandatory reconsideration and then appeal. There are advocate groups who can help you write the appeal.
Atos are tasked with reducing the number of people who get PIP and get paid more for success.
