Hello, I wonder if anyone might help me?
A bailiff has clamped my car and has called a tow truck to take it away for unpaid parking charges. the problem is the enforcement notice says jack robinson and my name is james robinson. the car is registered and owned by me, not the name on the enforcement order. can they still take it? the police were called and they didnt know the answer. the police said it was a civil matter and that i need to contact a solicitor and the bailiffs should continue their removal and i take it up with them later. i cannot find an open solicitor on a saturday. can anyone here help at all?
