  • Parking Fine Motorway Services Enforcement

Hello I have received a request from a baliff company called dcbl. they claim that they are acting on behalf of CP related to a parking issue which i am disputing. The baliffs have sent no proof etc. The offence occured in 2015, can they legally enforce this after so long

DCBL are probably just acting as debt collectors. If they are then there will be a statement to that effect in the letter.

It is not an offence, it is an invoice for a contractually agreed charge.

They have 6 years from the date to issue a claim to the court. They are probably going through the back catalogue because current charges are a bit slow.

Do you have any paperwork about this? Who do you mean by CP?
