  • Auto Mechanic Damaged My Engine And Refuses To Repair It

    Hello,
Thank you for taking my request.
My auto mechanic dropped a 7mm socket into the cylidner head of my vehicle (through the spark plug hole). Now the vehicle is making a clicking noise. The mechanic refuses to repair problem. I had another mechanic listen to clicking noise and he believes that I at least need a new head. The cylinder wall may have been damaged also.
Please advise whether or not I should seek the help of attorney?
    Thanks so much.
