Online Ebay Purchase

I purchased a Gas lift Ottoman bed from an established seller on Ebay but due to the unclear options I selected the No under bed storage option because the image changed to one that had feet and I assumed it meant 'additional' storage, the description was still the same it did not change to say it was NOT an Ottoman bed. I paid via Paypal and all the confirmation emails had the photograph of the bed I thought I had ordered plus the description was of a Gas Lift Ottoman bed. When it arrived it was not a Gas Lift Ottoman bed, I contacted the retailer to query it and they said by choosing NO Under bed storage I had not ordered a gas Lift ottoman bed, I queried why the photograph on the order was of the bed I thought I'd ordered but they said that was just of the listing, I have asked if they can swap it but they say I have to pay a return fee because the bed delivered was the one I ordered. If the photograph on the order confirmation had been one with feet I could and would have queried it and as they have since amended the listing (I have a screenshot) I believe they are covering their tracks, could I have a case for misrepresentation?
