Voluntary Termination

I have handed my car back via Voluntary Termination and a company called Crystal Collections via Motonovo finance and theyve come back saying I owe £591 for the vehicle and £300 of that is for not having a full service history, Can they do this? as i had the car more than 2 and half years and paid more than half my finance agreement amount. I have checked the Cap hpi Vehicle Condition Standards and my car comes under Clean for its age or between 7 & 8 years old, "Maximum of 6 areas/panels requiring SMART repairs to any part of the vehicle including alloy wheel/glass. 1 minor bodyshop repair to an individual panel or bumper." so how can they say I owe this money?

this is my post and I have just logged into my account and it also says that i owe arrears dated 26th Nov 2020 of £180.00 for a repossession fee which is wrong.
