I received a CCJ in 2017 and shortly after this I declared myself bankrupt, I wrongly assumed that the CCJ would be marked as satisfied as it was included in the bankruptcy. I have recently downloaded my credit file and seen that the CCJ is still outstanding. I contact the solicitor who issued it and had them send me all the paperwork, where I noticed that the amount claimed was £3000 more than it should have been and also it had been served at an address I had not lived at for 2 years, the claimant knew I did not live there as he served me with a statutory demand at a different address and also I was on the electoral register at 2 further addresses after the one he served me at. I cannot afford a solicitor to deal with this matter, I want to file a N244 to have it set aside, but not sure what I need to submit with this, i.e. witness statement, draft order, draft defence?
