    Do I stil have to pay bailiffs fees if I have payed the debt ( pcn received appealed lost, due to covid time elapsed, applyed for extension lost so payed council directly but bailiffs still want money)

    The Bailiff fees are payable. If you have paid the Council direct they may have paid the fees meaning you will not have satisfied the debt owing which in turn could see Bailiffs returning to enforce the remainder. The fees payable should be the Compliance Fee - £75, if a Bailiff has visited then there could also be an Enforcement Fee of £235 payable. Unless they have taken Control of Goods there are no other fees payable.
