Constructive dismissal

Hi.

Can agency worker claim a constructive dissmissal due to the managers not making a reasonable adjustments. Its to do with mental health .
is there a piece of law that allows me to challenge this

Maybe someone with more knowledge than me can confirm and correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the Equality Act 2010 protects those with protected characteristics* against discrimination regardless of their length of service/employment..?

(*assuming this is, in fact, the case)
