    Council tax job related second home

    I'm a company director , renting a flat close to where my client is based.370miles from my main home...

    I applied for job related 50%discount but was refused as the lease was signed by myself as director for my company. Although form states full time director..which I am.

    Now they just said the liability is to the company and will send an amended statement...is this right??
