    Received email yesterday from ingenious legal services saying I own money from ppi that I received earlier this year! I have never signed an agreement with anyone to obtain a PPI service. I have never received a bill, from the ppi provider. It has now been turn over to a debit collection agency. Is this real or a scam?

    A lot of people have had the same problem them. Best thing to do is make a formal complaint and if they reject it you can take it to the Legal Ombudsman.
