Hiya any help appreciated. Received a county court claim for an old british gas account. Have requested a copy of the agreement but as they are not regulated by the credit consumer act, wont supply. What are they regulated by? What can I request as proof this debt exists?

What you really need is detail of what the gas was for, meter readings, when the bills were served, copies of the bills etc.I work for Roach Pittis Solicitors.
