Hi everyone, really need some help and advice regarding the probable force of the sale of my house. Ex husband is after half the equity of the house and is taking me to court. The house was mine before I met him. His name is on the deeds. We had a deed of trust drawn up at the solicitor but married after that. We were only married a year. Do I take my chance in court or try and pay him off?
