    Hello, ive recently recieved 4 PCN's for the same contravention which dates back to july, august and September this year.
    Ive used the route in the past however there's restrictions now and i completely missed it.
    I recieved the 1st notice dated 9th November and 3 others dated 10 November 20.
    Do i have a case for appeal due to the time its taken to notify me
    grateful for any advice

    If there was no windscreen ticket then the PCN has to be received within 14 days. Care to post up a redacted PCN but leave dates?

        The road i used can only be used by local residents and i wasnt aware of this change as I'd used this route in the past. I totally missed the sign

          Are these council pcns?

          Is your car lease/hire/finance?

            Yes to both, its Newham council and i have a leased car

              In that case , the council are allowed additional time since the pcn would first go to lease co. who would transfer liability to you and the council would then issue the pcn to you.
