The crystal ball is a but foggy. How about a bit more info: The story of the parking, the PCN received, the signs, the Particulars of claim

Do not infer the identity of thedriver.

Parked up got a ticket and put parking ticket in my car

Came back to car and found a PCN on my car

Filled in online court form and said I had a recipet for parking covering the date and time the PCN Issued

Had no contact with the company at all, just ignored them as I had proof of payment

Interestingly got a letter from the Paking Company Yesterday offering a repayment plan.

Still waiting for the Court to get back and go to arbitration etc.

do you need me to upload the PCN?

Without the PCN how can any advice be given?

So you're further on than you said. You have acknowledged and sent in your defence?

Ignoring is not a good idea as this is unreasonable
