Idr hsbc liabilities

Just recieved this letter. Does not say how much the liabilities are. No proof. 3 years ago I left uae. Cleared and closed my account prior to leaving. Can they take me to court? now i am in uk..they have sent this letter to my house. Telling me to respond within 7 days...but its day 6 from when they sent it...so not really enough time to respond.
Anyone got any good news for me???
