Capital Car Park Control / DCB Legal

Hi all,

Received a Claim Form from DCB Legal regarding an unpaid parking ticket at home address. Any advice on how to proceed please? I have submitted an Acknowledgement of Service as of today (18/11/20).

Without seeing any details then how can it be answered? The crystal ball is a bit foggy today.

Post up the first PCN received, suitably redacted but leave dates. If it was a car park pictures of the signs would help.

What does the Particulars of claim state?

Do not hint at the identity of the driver.
