Hello. Would anyone on here possibly be able to help me? On Saturday (14th) I sent a request to ParkingEye via email for a signed consent to set aside a CCJ. This CCJ was issued without my knowledge in March this year and I only discovered it last week when checking my credit score. I would ideally like to apply for a set aside with consent from ParkingEye but am unsure of how long I should wait for a reply? Although I would prefer a set aside with consent, I am also willing to apply for a set aside without consent and am aware that this application must be made promptly - the defence for the latter option would be that I did not receive a NTK or Court documents due to moving address, depsite updating my licence, all ulitities, car insurance, joining the electoral roll etc to reflect my change of address (i didn't update my V5C until this week and I know that may hinder my argument). Any advice on how long to wait for a reply would be really appreciated. Thanks!
