Hi everyone,
I’ve been signposted you you forum from my brothers mental health team. He’s recently been diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and opened up about huge debts. He’s already had 1 CCJ and has now another pending (days away as we asked for the extra 14 days). I need some advice about how I start to help him. Compounding factor is he’s likely to lose his job if the previous CCJ comes to light and with two it would just finish him off (he’s currently off sick). It’s proved a nightmare to try and find help during the pandemic. I’m hoping someone can please please help with advice and signpost your template letters or guidance.
