    At the start point out that their Particulars of Claim are unclear and imprecise by suggesting that the defendant, a body corporate, could have been the driver.

    Just to try and hint to the judge that the claim is rubbish

    in the forbidding signs section "are of a forbidding nature stating "No Stopping"..... "

            Yes, you can send your defence to the court as a PDF attachment to an email.

            For signing I used a jpg scan of my signature imbedded in the document at the correct place. Best scan results were black pen on very white paper.
