Hello - I am new here. Can anyone help with papers which have been served on me?

Non-molestation and Occupational orders - papers have been served for both of these. Allegations are untrue. Can they be contested as lies have been told and all I want to do is see my children?

Presumably there were allegations and these were heard and an order issued? Or is there a hearing scheduled?
