Used Car Not As Described

Purchased used car on credit card from independent trader. Car not as described eg service history main dealer from new. I contacted main dealer and on inquiry with main dealer last major service not completed and book wronglly stamped cost would be circa £350. Main dealer kindly offered to put this right free of charge. But my purchase contract is with independent trader plus more keepers than advertised and no heated seats as advertised. I said I wanted to keep car as it is perfect for my needs but wanted price reduction. He will offer to refund me and does not want to reduce purchase price. CRA2015 as clause to seek reduction but seller won’t concede.
