Hi - I'm in Scotland and was served this notice a couple of days ago. I'm trying to figure out whether I have grounds for defending the claim. The original debt dates back to June 2008 and the claim states that the last time I acknowledged the debt was November 2014. As far as I can make out the statue of limitation time frame in Scotland is 5 years...but it seems too simple!

Five years is the period of Limitation in Scotland so this account should be time barred which is a complete defence to a claim."Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin.
