  • Good afternoon.

Good afternoon. I hope I find you well, or as well as possible with everything that's currently happening. I do have an issue, just happened this morning and may, hopefully be easily resolved, but I thought I would ask for advice in case I get the runaround.

The issue is regarding a faulty cash machine not dispensing money, I did not withdraw the cash as it stated that there was a fault, but the transaction is showing on my account!

I was wondering if someone could offer some advise? I know this isn't the place to ask questions, but I thought I'd say hi first and then see if I can find the current forum to post my query :-). .

Get on to your bank as soon as possible. If the machine told you there was a fault then it will be recorded in the log. The log can be wiped so the sooner you act the better it will be.

Hello, I have been to my building society and reported it as soon as I could and have a claim number. I also visited the supermarket but they insist there's nothing they can do and the bank has to deal with it? Despite the fact it is on their property.
