  • Property trust will but joint tenancy not severed

Myself and late husband had mirror wills for our share of jointly owned property stating that their half of the house would be put in trust for our daughters. However joint tenancy was not changed to tenants in common. I’m aware that I can get a deed of variation but what would happyif I don’t do this. The will was made to protect possible care fees, however the assets are currently sufficient for 30 years of fees so this is no longer an issue.
