  • High Court Issues

Hi, I知 new to the forum.

I知 a litigant in person (defendant) in a multi-party High Court Chancery case that has been going on for 5+ years. I知 fighting an alleged Billionaire, either way a very wealthy man and he痴 on his 5th set of solicitors.

When the case first started, I did have legal representation and I was told the best advice they could give me was, we MUST abide by all a Court directions, rules and orders as if we screwed up, even by 10 minutes, the Claimant was the type of opponent and was using the calibre of solicitors where they would be on me in an instant and would use every possible angle to wipe me out. I must play ball.

After 2 years and 」60k, I could pay no more and have been a litigant in person ever since. I have made several applications and brought to the attention of the Deputy Master and Master during hearings of the breaches of rules, directions or orders of the Claimant, however, he seems to just get away with it. I appreciate he has had one application thrown out and his solicitor was reprimanded for conduct of Claimant personally and the costs order cost him over 」100k, but that is pocket change for him.

How do I URGENTLY get the Court to consider a strike out application for his latest breach as I have filed an N244 application yesterday and been given a video hearing in February. I need a hearing next week as we have more directions for the end of next week that he almost certainly won稚 comply with and to say this is stressful is an understatement. The stakes are incredibly high as if I lose, I値l be bankrupt ☹️

    Any help appreciated
