Voluntery termanition

I'm doing a voluntery termination with my car I got my car serviced with a mechanic but he didn't stamp the book now the hp company are charging me Ł300 cause I've had it 3 year's an she said the book should of been stamped every year I've had it can the hp do this

Go back to the Mechanic and ask that he stamp the book - I assume he issued you with an invoice.
