    Hi all,

I have been searching your threads having using one to get going, but can't seem to find what I need next, so I'm writing this post....

    Credit card debt - Vanquis

I've recently learnt its been sold to Lowell as they contacted via letter. They threatened CCJ....I've had no verbal contact with them.

I sent a CCA request as advised on here.

I've now received 'a copy of my executed regulated consumer credit agreement' but no hand signed signature, just my name printed at the bottom with the date of 04/03/2016 and the signature of someone on behalf of Vanquis dated 01/05/2016

A statement has also been included from the date of 21/03/2016 to 30/10/2018

Last statement from Vanquis via email stated I owed £0 dated 20/04/2018

    What do I do now???

Any help much appreciated! My brain is melting!!!
