I got a letter from debt recovery plus on behalf of smart parking Ltd and I have not received any letters from smart parking Ltd.
I parked In this car park that has been free for over two yrs and they must have changed as I have now been charged £170, which I found to be way off.
I contacted them to see if it was a scam and said they I always park there and haven't seen any thing to say the car park now chargers

The way to handle parking charges is not to identify the driver, which is looks as though you have. Have you? yes or no

Who did you contact Smart or DRP?

So are there any signs in the car park?

I contacted drp and told them that I always park in there.
I didn't see any I need to go back and loook
