Good Afternoon,
This is the first time of using this forum.
I have recently received a letter from a Global Debt Recovery company relating to a debt which i have not paid since around 2013. (they have threatened to escalate if i don't reply within 14 days)
I believe this would be covered under the Statute Barred regulations, my question is can i send the 'standard letter' to the Debt Company or does this have to go to the original company the debt was owed to?
Any help its very much appreciated
