  • Premier Park, Lamorna Cove

Received this PCN a week after my return from a break. It claims that a period of parking was not paid for. The pictures included in the document {not shown here} show the vehicle entering and leaving the car park. Which in my opinion is not evidence of not paying the necessary parking fees.
Unfortunately I no longer have the parking ticket as all paper in the vehicle was shredded and recycled a few days later.
Can I ask them to produce a print out of there parking meter to peruse myself, or would this have to be done in court?
should I even bother to reply to or appeal this notice? Having done some Googling, I have found that these people do this on a regular basis.
Hope you can read the attached pdf.

Take out the PCN number and repost.

Have you got zeros and ones or L in your number plate?

    Dear Sirs,

I have just received your Notice to Keeper No. xxxxx for vehicle VRM xxxx

You have failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012 namely, but not limited to, failing to give the invitation to keeper as prescribed by section 9 (2) (e) of the Act. You cannot, therefore, transfer liability for the alleged charge from the driver at the time to me, the keeper.

There is no legal requirement to name the driver at the time and I will not be doing so.

I do not expect to hear from you again, or your debt collectors, except to confirm that no further action will be taken on this matter and my personal details have been removed from your records.

    Yours etc
