Daughter received letter today stating occurred medical costs for medical she didn't attend after accident in 2015. She doesn't drive and not involved in any accidents

Suspect a scam. Don't give them any details but reply saying no justification for the bill. Probably won't hear any more.
Just recently had 2 scam emails about internet provider and t.v licence.
