I was contacted by debt solicitors about a CC debt going back to 2005 for around £10K. I was sent copy of redacted default notice, copy of welcome letter to debt company, assignment letter, copy of a computer screen shot default 2010,, after I asked for Agreement/contract, default notice and notice of assignment. There is nothing with my signature on it. Is this debt statute barred? The first contact I had with solicitors was last month. Many thanks for help.,
