  • Premier Park, Lamorna Cove

A week after returning from Cornwall, I receive a PCN from this company showing photographs of my vehicle entering and leaving the car park. Date is correct, time is wrong.
They claim parking was not paid for. I assume that these new parking meters with vehicle registration to be entered have a printable readout to verify whether parking charges had actually been made. They have not supplied this evidence. Can I request it?
Do I appeal the PCN or do I ignore it and see if they take me court?

So post up the PCN you received suitably redacted but leave dates. Did you keep the ticket issued?

No I don't have the ticket, as you can imagine all parking tickets accumulated in the vehicle were removed and recycled upon return home.
Hope the scan works as it should.

Can't read it, but then you need to take it down and redact your personal information and post it again

I would recommend keeping tickets for at least 3 weeks, if not more.
