  • Advice on DWF Letters

    Dear All,

A bad experience happened in the past due to which I am receiving these letters. The third letter seems to be a warning. It was not shoplifting still they are asking for security cost. Please find attached letter and advice accordingly.

Oh dear, they will consider issuing court proceedings.
So what, that normally means they are running out of steam.
When they have considered, they will probably realise there is no mileage in pursuing further

If you could tell us more about the circumstances......
if not a shoplifting incident, were you an employee or involved in a fracas or whatever

Actually I was caught for shoplifting doubts then they took my unpaid shopping and told me to pay the fine on receiving a letter. I have received three letters until now asking for security cost. I ignored them initially after reading other's posts. Just want to confirm should I continue ignoring them and when will they stop bothering me? I do not want to pay for nothing done. Need to save money in this crisis period.

You are fine to keep ignoring
That is a standard meaningless threat
