I wonder if anyone can help me. I had an account with very back in dec 2014 in had set up a direct debit with then and by september had paid them the full original amount as I had paid the full amount within 12 months 0 interest. I have recently been contacted by a debt recovery firm whom says I owe £315 for the account. They have sent across the terms and conditions and payment dates of original account. However the terms and conditions does not outline the actually terms that I had with them its a very standard t and c and just wondered what I can do next?
