    Hi there, registered with BankSmart around a year ago on the pretence that any PPI recovered was on a no win no fee basis. Now they are chasing me for payment of work (breach of contract) saying that I have not sent them documents (which I don't have) and I have not received any payments in respect of PPI. I have asked them not to continue with any claims but they don't seem to take any notice. They have given me two weeks to pay around £280 in fees. I feel this is unreasonable and it is stressing me out. Any advice ?

    They are probably taking ti that you have cancelled your contract with them, hence the fees.
